Lovely Brunch Spots in Schöneberg, Berlin
Last updated: October 2, 2024
Schöneberg should not be underestimated, their brunch game is terrific. Get up, and get your day started with a wonderful breakfast in this vibrant neighborhood. Be sure to read the Charlottenburg, Kreuzberg, and Mitte brunch posts next, as there are quite a few fantastic brunch spots that border Schöneberg, but aren’t technically in Schöneberg so I didn’t include them in this post.

Bonvivant
Fancy a short stack of brioche pancakes topped with raspberries and caramel, with notes of white chocolate and currant wood? How about crusty and grainy fresh bread paired with tomatoes, Italian scamorza, chili mayo, herbal chimichurri, and truffle shavings? Bonvivant is the brunch spot to visit for decadent and divine breakfast food paired with a cheeky cocktail or two. They’re a stellar brunch choice for Schöneberg and the only Michelin Star brunch restaurant in the city. Give them a try!

Frühstück 3000
Frühstück 3000 carries a lot of hype. It’s one of the priciest brunch spots in Berlin, with most dishes ranging from €14 to €22, and also pretty well-known in the city for being a solid treat-yourself kind of place. After finally visiting, I would say the eatery has some hits and misses. The kimchi grilled cheese was so yummy! Rich and flavorful, it was a tasty dish to share. The Chicken 3000 was also good overall, perhaps a 7/10. It involves a cheddar waffle, fried chicken, chili bacon caramel, and an herb salad. The French toast with rhubarb, however, I was not at all a fan of and it pained me to pay €18 for it. This is coming from someone who loves the taste of rhubarb! This dish changes seasonally so a different flavor combo could be better.
Try: Kimchi Grilled Cheese
